Behind the pseudonym Woodic is Natalia Suárez (Laviana, 1976), who after working as a designer for several years in Barcelona, ​​returned to Asturias. She settled in El Valle de Candamo where she built a small space located in the middle of nature and which serves as inspiration for the entire process of building Nordic- inspired ceramic pieces .

Natalia Suárez has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and a higher degree in Ceramics from the Llotja de San Andreu.

The main aims of his work are: a love for craftsmanship, honest designs and a modern and integrative approach to new technologies in the ceramic process. He combines noble raw materials such as white earthenware and wood in original pieces that are close to the natural environment.
