The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and/or management costs are not included in the price and will be shown to you before completing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas not belonging to the European Customs Union do not include import costs (tariffs), which will be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.

FAILURE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
In the event of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to the purchased product not being available or for any other reason, the client will be informed of this lack of availability and/or reason that justifies it and will recover the sums without any undue delay. that has been paid under it. SHIPPING MODE AND TIMES
The products are sent to the shipping address that you have indicated in the order. In the case of placing an order for several items with different availabilities, the shipping time will take into account the longest expected delivery. In exceptional cases, LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA will reserve the right to break down the order, sending the available items and leaving the unavailable items pending a second shipment. In this case, the second shipment is made without any additional cost.
We offer you different shipping methods to get your order to you in the most comfortable way and appropriate to your needs. From your shopping cart you can select the type of shipping you want based on the area and delivery method you prefer.
Home delivery: To transport and deliver the shipments, we have chosen a courier company of recognized prestige. For orders shipped from our warehouses from Monday to Thursday, the courier will deliver to the address indicated the day after said shipment, before 7:00 p.m. For orders shipped from our warehouses on a Friday or the day before a holiday, it will be delivered to the indicated address on the following Monday or next business day before 7:00 p.m., respectively. The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
In the event that the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of their order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), they must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note, and contact us by phone at 661 98 61 08 within 14 days of receipt. No return of a damaged item, as well as a claim for a missing item, will be accepted if it has not been communicated within the established period. All this without prejudice to the right of guarantee for products that do not comply with the contract that assists every consumer, in accordance with current regulations.

PAY
LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA offers you various payment methods so that you can choose the one that best suits you or best suits your needs:
- Payment by Credit Card or Paypal: you can use Visa and MasterCard. If you make the payment with a VISA or Maestro card, your card will be charged on a deferred basis, that is, at the time of shipping. This way, only items shipped and at the time of shipping will be charged. In the event that the POS informs about the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary that the issuing bank is covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative we propose the transfer payment. LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA reserves the right to reject any transaction made with a credit card. In this case we will proceed to refund the cash to the original card. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made at www.luciaduenasgaleria.com at our office located at C/ Monte Llosorio, 8 - 33600, Mieres, Asturias, by completing the withdrawal document that you must request from our Customer Service to the Client at 661 98 61 08 or by email contacto@luciaduenasgaleria.com
The maximum period to request a return is stipulated in the following periods, from receipt of the order:
- 14 calendar days for all products in our online store.
The return will be made in the same payment method as the purchase. This right is additional to the right of guarantee recognized in RDL 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users.
The circumstances that may cause a return are the following:
- a) If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you: You can return it via courier to LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA We will refund the amount of the product but not the costs of returning the product.
- b) If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the return costs will not be assumed by LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA.
- c) Defective product of origin: Without prejudice and in addition to the right of guarantee, LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA offers you the possibility that, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt, you can request the replacement of the product with another identical one, in perfect condition. . Once LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case the change will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be invoiced for the first shipment, and LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA will be responsible for the shipping costs corresponding to the return and new shipment.
- d) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the product corresponding to the order placed.
- e) The products must be packaged and unsealed. The packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.
Neither in physical stores nor in the LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA online store will returns of products that have not been purchased in the entity be accepted.
In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, if applicable, included.
REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID
The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.
LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA will not refund the amount or resend any merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order, except for transportation costs. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 15 days.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between LUCIA DUEÑAS SECA and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the corresponding city.
