Navarrete , the municipality that hosts the fair, is known for its outstanding pottery tradition. For centuries, Navarrete potters have worked with clay to create unique and beautiful pieces. This fair is an opportunity to publicize this tradition and promote the work of local potters. On this occasion, paying tribute to the ceramic and pottery tradition of France is a way of recognizing the importance of this country in the world of ceramics. France is known for its rich history in this art, as well as for the quality and originality of its pieces. During the fair, several French artisans will be present to show their work and share their experience with visitors.

Juli About has found in ceramics a new form of artistic expression, enriched by her experience in the plastic arts, theater and contemporary jewelry. It was precisely the latter that allowed him to discover ceramics for the first time.

In 2015 it was awarded in the prestigious “Art Workshops of France Competition” that highlights the artistic vitality and technical knowledge of art professionals in each of the French regions, and in 2021 it received the Special Mention of the “Beautiful Bizarre Art Prize”, an international art prize that celebrates diversity and excellence in the figurative visual arts.

Throughout his career, his work has been part of numerous exhibitions in various galleries and institutions in France. The last one, in 2023, titled "Souviens-toi de moi" at the Pétrarque Museum.
